Black bar in 3D mode?

I'm using Docky on Ubuntu Lucid Lynx (although this also occurred on Karma). A black bar appears when I switch on 3D mode. I currently have compiz enabled. Here's a shot:

Are others experiencing this as well? I'm using the latest from the official PPA.
