Launcher Icons Don't Match in Dock

I have a few custom launchers that I've created. In the Gnome-Do version of Docky these properly minimize to the dock. In Docky-2 (am running Docky 2.1.0 bzr docky r1187 ppa), I get the genric spring launcher icon for these. I've tried flushing the gconf settings and reinstalling to no avail. Is there a way to ensure that the icon referred to in the Desktop Entry section displays in the dock?
