Ability to ungroup multiple windows of same application

Is it possible to not group multiple windows of the same application?
As an example if I have multiple nautilus windows open, docky will only show one nautilus icon and flag it as having multiple windows.

Since I run docky in panel mode it would suit my needs better if im able to just see all the app windowss at once instead of them being grouped together.

Is this perhaps a hidden config item I need to change or just the way it is?
