Hi Robert!I saw you work and it's great! But would be possible to have time always shown?Because in karmic the battery applet shows it only when you are on icon as well as does yours and onestly i don't find it usefull.Do you agree?

Well,i mean that i can see remaining time only if i'm on the helpers, and i think it's better that icon always show the remaining time.

If you are referring to it not showing the remaining time when you are on AC (and thus not discharging the battery) then no, I do not think we will do that. We show remaining time when discharging and remaining charge time while charging. If the battery is in an inactive state, hopefully it hides itself (if the charge is over 98% it will) but even if it is showing we will only show the percent. There is no way to calculate remaining time (this is calculated based on the current discharge rate, which if it is not discharging is 0).

No man,do you know cairo-dock and the battery applet? It always shows the remainig charge time when you are on battery while with docky you must be on the helper by mouse for seeing the time.

We wont be doing that. And no, I have never even seen pictures of Cairo-dock. :-p
