Banshee helper doesn't work

I am trying out Linux again for the first time in a while, but the Banshee Helper is not working. It is under the Usable category in the Docky Helpers, but it isn't showing album art, time remaining, or play/next/pause controls when I right click it.
I am using Linux Mint version 11 with Banshee 2.0.0 and Docky 2.1.2. How do I fix this?
