Is this project dead?

I'm looking for a dock but I've seen there are not updates in this project since 2012, so, is this project dead? thanks

No. It was in a deep coma. I will do a new bug fix release soon and then try to port DockbarX to newer libraries (gtk3 and python 3 among others)
