DockbarX applet(s) not displayed in Add to Panel

As title. There are no DockbarX related applets in the Add to Panel dialog.
Using: Ylmf OS 3.0 (Which is just Ubuntu 10.04 with a cheap 2 cent label)

Did you try "killall gnome-panel"? If that doesn't work, try to install gnomepanel-applet-dockbarx and then kill the panel.
