Do

rhythmbox doesn't play

Asked by paradox82

I am using the newest version of Gnome-Do 0. 8 from the repositories and it works and looks great. However, the rhythmbox plug-in refuses to play files.

here are the steps:

1)Super+space
2)Type name of band
3)Icon changes, album art shows
4)But only action given is 'add .... to clipboard'
5)I can use arrows to browse albums and songs but still only 'add to clipboard'

Btw, the whole music library is available for searching and everything else works fine. Typing "play","pause" does what it is supposed to do in rhythmbox, just the contextual item "play" is not present on the songs.

I have a huge collection 15k mp3s but that shouldnt matter, it seems they are all available for searching.

btw, maybe for future versions the default action on an mp3 should be "play" instead of "add to clipboard".
