How can I shut off indexing of web pages?

Asked by chansen4

I love this application. It is very useful.

I would like to shut off the indexing of my web history. I haven't turned on any plugins that seem to indicate that it will index the web history. I would like to start web pages from gnome do, which I can do, but I don't like all the web pages being suggested when I am trying to get to something else.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,
Chad

There are no web history plugins for Do anyway. Do you mean bookmarks? You either have an older version of Do (very old) or I am missing something. Can you explain your problem in more detail?

Sorry. I don't know what was going on before but now I don't see my web history. Before what was happening was I would get web pages as suggestions for what I was typing. It was really annoying. If I run into it again I will have to detail what exactly changed.

Thanks,
Chad
