Upgrading to 0.5 has lost ability to launch volume manager

Asked by Mike McKay

Before I upgraded to 0.5 I was able to launch gnome-do and start typing "vol" and I would get the gnome-volume-manager and could launch it and change the volume very easily. Now the application (and cool icon) are not found by gnome-do, and the only way to launch it is to type "Run" tab "gnome-volume-manager" which, needless to say is not so fast.

Volume manager will need to be made visible in your GNOME main menu. We had to switch to not showing hidden applications because it was causing lots of other problems for people who like to tinker with their applications menu.
