Is there a way to blacklist or disable a (globally) installed plugin?

Is there a way to "blacklist" or disable certain plugins?

I've just discovered the (new?) gnome-do-plugins package. Nice!
Up to now, I was installing the plugins individually and placing them in ~./share/gnome-do/plugins. But it's cumbersome and sometimes it's difficult to keep the plugin versions in sync with gnome-do version.

gnome-do-plugins is a better alternative... but the problem is that there are plugins that I don't want/use/need.

Of course I can go to /usr/share/gnome-do/plugins and delete de .dll... but it will be re-installed the next time the package is updated. It'd be nice to have a config option to disable certain plug-ins (maybe even actions...) in a global or per-user basis, without having to uninstall the plugin.
