How to perform copy/move

I am using .3.2.1, but cant figure out how to activate move/copy for files/folders?

This feels like an idiot question, but couldnt find any hints in google/you tube vids.

Move to... and Copy to... actions are only available in version 0.4 and later. New packages will hit the PPA soon.
