Can I install packages with gnome do?

It would be cool if I could install apps from the repository by simply typing 'install' tab 'appname'. This would run
sudo aptitude install appname
in a terminal, on Ubuntu, for example.

Well, for the time being you can just type "sudo aptitude instal ..." and choose the run in terminal action. By the way, Do is plugin based, so you could write this plugin -- you don't have to ask/tell us about it.
