Launching Prism webapps from Do

Asked by TimMadden

I have recently gotten hooked on Prism. Prism, if you are not familiar, is a "site specific browser" from mozilla. Used to be called webrunner. I would like to be able to launch prism webapps from Do. In Gnome, you can set up a launcher from the desktop or panel, etc. The launch is just: "/opt/prism/prism -webapp <email address hidden>" with "tracks" being to ruby app i am trying to start.

Is there some way to get it to show up in Do? I added the launcher to the "office" menu of the gnome app menu, but it has not shown up (at least not yet). Is a plugin needed?

This is probably related to Bug #172358 -- I think I've fixed this in trunk.

Cool, That would be a way around it for sure. I guess it works for the short term, but it only covers things in the official menu structure. If users create launchers on a panel or the desktop, should Do "know" about them too?
