Possible to add programs not in the Gnome menu to Gnome Do?

Asked by Byron Gibson

Since discovering Gnome-Do I never use the Gnome menu anymore to start programs. I either start them via Gnome-Do, or via terminal if they're not in GD.

For example, I recently downloaded the Racket programming environment (http://racket-lang.org/), extracted it to ~/bin, and added it to my path. I can start it from the terminal with 'drracket &', but Gnome-Do can't see it.

Is there a way to add it Gnome Do without manually adding it the Gnome menu?
