Diodon stopped working

Asked by Michael Culver

I am running Ubuntu with Cinnamon. I have Diodon as a startup application with an icon in the system tray. It used to be flawless, no problems. When I clicked on the icon in the system tray I would see clipboard history. Now when I click on the system try icon, either right or left click, I see a shortcut menu with no history at all. How do I get this functionality back?

There were others who reported this in the past with Cinnamon. The issue got then resolved after some updates, sometime it reoccurred again and then went away again. Not so sure what is happening, but it is most likely an issue with the combination of Ayantana Indicator (Diodon uses as a system tray) and Cinnamon.

Can you help with this problem?
