The current version of Diodon needs to be patched to work for Saucy. So best use Diodon in the official Ubuntu Saucy Repository which has the patch included.

We are working on a new Diodon version which will have all the patches included and will then be available in daily and stable ppa again for Saucy as well.

So the milestone will be https://launchpad.net/diodon/+milestone/1.1.0

As there are major changes like new backend (zeitgeist) and implementing the new scope api introduced the release takes longer as anticipated.

I hope though that in November we should have a test version running in the daily ppa and a final/stable version before the end of the year. This way we will be able to get the new version into the repository of 14.10.
