devstack installtion issue on ubuntu oneiric 11.10

Hello,

I am trying to install devstack on ubuntu 11.10 oneiric but stucked at one error

+/opt/stack/nova/bin/nova-manage db sync
./stack.sh: line 1630: /opt/stack/nova/bin/nova-manage: Permission denied

User account has no password & its administrator account

Please help me out

Have you tried running stack.sh directly as user 'stack'? I had all sorts of permissions problems running as root so I tried it as user 'stack' and it worked much better for me. Just make sure you have user 'stack' added in your OS and in the sudoers file allow it to sudo without a password.
