how can i change javascript settings

i m manveer singh who has a account in www.orkut.com i am not able to change my profile photo i get the prompt "please wait page is loading for cropping for image after that i don't get any response please help me as soon as possible

You can try and disable javascript:
1. Open the preference panel (Menu Edit->Preferences)
2. Select the "Content" tab.
3. Either disable javascript, or use "advanced" for specific settings.

Does it work on a regular version of Ubuntu (not for the dell mini?) Have you tried on a version of Firefox for Windows/Mac?
