The Dell Mini Project

want to reinstall ubuntu to mini910

I want to reinstall ubuntu 8.04 to my dell mini 910. I have the cd that shipped with the system but i know nothing about installing it. I need to know how to do everything from hooking up external cd/dvd to making everything work. As i said i know how to do completely nothing. Please someone help me.

All right. So you have a USB cdrom drive? Just plug it in, insert the Ubuntu CD and reboot. Now just follow the on-screen instructions. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask again or consult this guide: https://help.ubuntu.com/8.04/installation-guide/i386/index.html
