Thanks for letting Logitech know you're using Ubuntu - that's an important step in raising awareness and getting better support in the future.

Ubuntu (and Linux in general) support Bluetooth devices that use the established standards. There are no drivers to install, Bluetooth support is already in Ubuntu.

However some manufacturers ship software that may complement or augment the standard specs with new features. This may explain some differences as Bluetooth support in Ubuntu is the same for any Bluetooth mouse.

What "preferences routine" did you go through ? I am sorry to ask the obvious but are your turning the mouse back on to reconnect it ? Some mice will reconnect by pressing the left button for one second. I couldn't locate documentation for this mouse, let me know if there's a special procedure to pair the mouse.

Greetings,
I followed a routine I found on an Ubunto site, not sure where it is now...
I went in and clicked "visable etc
then i went to services and hit "input service etc
And as i type this i went through the process and it connected, the mouse now works..
I am going to power off and see if it connects on a reboot!!

Greetings,
Many thanks for the responses. The mini 9 is still linking to the wireless
and the bluetooth is also continuing to work, I don't know what happened
especially with the bluetooth as for the time since I got the machine it had
been operating inconsistently. Must be the new year!!
Cheers from PG, British Columbia
Robin
