Is there any way to exclude individual files (as opposed to directories)?

The main file in my incremental backups (I don't change much) is ~/.mozilla/firefox/37u67kh5.default/urlclassifier3.sqlite

I want to back up my Firefox directory (except for the cache), so don't want to exclude the whole folder. Is there any way to just exclude this file?
