Cannot find where exact schedule is configured, nor how to change it

I'd appreciate a response. Is it typical practice to ignore people seeking help?

Ubuntu Mate 18.04
Backups happen Thursday 3:15a
I don't recall setting up this particular time, and couldn't change it if I wanted.
Found nothing in any crontab entries

Yeah we don't currently allow controlling the time of day, sorry. There is a catch-all discussion ticket around advanced scheduling support here: https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/deja-dup/-/issues/111
