Déjà Dup

can not restore from Mint 18 to 19

I can not restore my Deja Dup backups from Linux Mint 19.3 to Mint 19.
I used to backups in mint 18.3 but these backups, I can not restore the on Mint 1!
Is there any way of restoring these with command line?
Please advise.Thank you!
