I can't delete the backup files because I have forgotten my password and the deja-dup has taken almost 80% of my laptop,s disk space. I want to delete it altogether!

Hello Noel,

you can simply delete all the files of your backup. This will of course prevent you from using them to restore anything.

Do you need help in finding them?

My situation is similar in that I've lost and forgotten my backup password. The obvious solution is to reset the universe and start with a fresh backup, but so far I have made no progress in that direction...
