Faild with an unknown fault. Misslyckades med ett okänt fel.

Tryed to do a backup but it fails after abut 1 minut and i get this message in Swedish "Misslyckades med ett okänt fel." "Fail with an unknown fault. " translated feely... I whant to store the backup file on an external Usb disk.
