problems to open a sigtar.gz file

I can not recover a file with the name: duplicity-full-signatures.20150218T122648Z.sigtar.gz. DEJA-DUP send me a warning: "no backups to restore" but the file is in hdd. This warning comes after another warning: "no space". Do you know an app that it can to decompress and recover the information compressesd in that file?, how can restore the information?
