And want to restore my all files. Previously I was using Windows 7 and Ubuntu 11.10. Deja restored files that was in Ubuntu file systems. But not Windows partition.

There are two things I can think of that might be wrong:

1) Deja Dup in Ubuntu 11.10 had a bug that prevented it from warning the user during a backup if some files couldn't be backed up. (Bug 907846) So what may have happened is if when you were making your backup, if Deja Dup couldn't read your NTFS files, it would silently ignore them and not back them up.

If this is the case, you can't get the files back. I'm so sorry! The bug is fixed in Ubuntu 12.04.

2) Or... If you didn't have the NTFS partition mounted all the time, maybe you didn't have it mounted during the most recent backup. In which case Deja Dup would think that you had deleted the files and note in the backup that on that date, the files didn't exist.

When you restored, presumably you chose the most recent date to restore from. Which if the above happened, would not include the NTFS files. So try to restore from an older date.

Hello,

so I see is the problem not fixed in Ubuntu 12.04. I will make a backup of ntfs files and Deja Dup do me not warn, that the ntfs partition is not mounted!!!
