There will be as soon as I get my act together and package it up. It will appear in https://launchpad.net/~deja-dup-team/+archive/ppa when it is ready.

Hello! Just a quick update -- after looking into this, Deja Dup 20 uses enough new things that aren't in Natty that I don't think it's feasible to backport:
 * Feature wise, I'd have to disable nautilus integration, gnome-control-center integration, and Ubuntu One support.
 * I'd have to backport libnotify 0.7 which may cause problems for anybody building packages.
 * And lastly, since Deja Dup 20 is GTK+ 3 only, it will look ugly in Natty, as it didn't include a GTK+ 3 theme.

So all in all, a bad user experience.
