Déjà Dup

is it possible to run two instances of deja-dup?

i would like to make automatic daily backups from lets say "/home/user" to my local usb drive plus automatic daily backups of "/home/user/important_docs" to my server. how would i do that?

It's not currently possible and not planned for the immediate future, though I realize it would be a neat feature. See rejected bug 324631.
