Déjà Dup

imap support

are there any plans to imap/imaps support to deja dup? i would love to use deja dup, but without imap i simply won't be able to. great tool though. keep up the good work!

I made this a wishlist bug. Please add further comments there, but I'll reiterate what I said in that bug already:

Duplicity does have support for imap/imaps. We'd just need to expose it in the UI like we do Amazon S3 as a special location. I'm not terribly excited about giving it such prominent UI space, as it strikes me as a not-common option. But it would be nice if we supported it somehow (either through hidden gconf option or an advanced tab or something).
