Repacked to remove various non-DFSG-free stuff, including stuff under win/.
* Add missing source files for minified javascript code under

The file debian/source/lintian-overrides gives more details about the
status of the various files (and overrides some false positives).
Note that in the future it would be better to package csl-validator.js
separately.

* For the libreoffice extension: do not use the prepackaged OXT, and build JAR
