  * Fix maintainers/upload.
  * Use simpler van-pydep call in rules.
  * Remove python-zopeinterface metapackage as it is not needed.
  * Make watch file use pypi rather than download.zope.org. 
  * Use the python-van.pydeb template for the rules file.
