znc (1.7.4-5) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Set Rules-Requires-Root: no.
  * Use DEB_VERSION from pkg-info.mk instead of parsing d/changelog.
  * In the copyright file, move the licenses to stand alone paragraphs.
  * Do not install upstream's .service file, as we are providing our own.
  * Use dh_missing --fail-missing.
  * Take over znc-backlog and built it from this source.  Closes: #917222
  * Add myself to Uploaders, thank you Patrick for lett me jump in!
  * Use the new debhelper-compat notation, and drop the d/compat file.
