  * debian/control:
    - Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.6, no changes required.
    - Bump version dependency on debhelper to >= 9.

    - Use proper maintainer name for the Debian Hamradio Maintainers.
    - Add myself to Uploaders, remove Hamish Moffatt <email address hidden>
      and Colin Tuckley <email address hidden>.
    - Set Vcs-* fields to new repository at anonscm.debian.org.
    - Move python from Suggests to Recommends.
    - Drop wget, gpsman, gpsmanshp, x11-utils from Suggests.

    - Rewrite to copyright format 1.0.
