wml 2.4.1ds1-1 source package in Debian

wml (2.4.1ds1-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * Import new upstream release.
  * Build-depend on libio-all-perl for the test suite.
  * Copy around some more files in debian/rules to make test suite pass
    without the embedded code copies. Adapt some more hardcoded paths
    while running the tests.
  * Remove no more needed blocks from debian/copyright.
