- Blacklist TestObjectExpirer.test_delete_actual_object
- Add fix-unit-testing-under-python-3.12.patch.
- Add Be_more_explicit_about_closes_in_string_along.patch.
* Add 2 more tests in the autopkgtest blacklist.
* Also blacklist TestProxyServer.test_statsd_prefix (not deterministic).
