* QA upload.
* Make the build reproducible, thanks to Vagrant Cascadian.

* Move amavis documentation to /usr/share/doc/sendmail.

* Update to Standards-Version: 4.5.1.
* Fix more typos found by Lintian.
* Update Lintian overrides.
