- d/ctdb.install, d/rules: create ctdb run directory into tmpfiles.d to
allow pid file to exist
- added /var/lib/ctdb/* directories
- d/ctdb.postrm: remove leftovers from /var/lib/ctdb/*
- Add examples of NFS HA CTDB config files + helper script
