* Add gbp.conf for easier package building with gbp
* munin: Add libdbi-perl, libdbd-sqlite3-perl and libcgi-fast-perl to Depends
Munin uses a sql backend from now so DBI and sqlite3 are needed.
The graphing needs CGI::Fast.pm even if it is cron based.
* Switch to source format 3.0 (quilt).
* Add a patch for munin-cron to work around a bug in munin-graph:
munin-graph in 2.1.x is slightly broken and expects either no cli parameter
at all or a specific string which graph to render. Upstream is aware of
this problem. For now we fix this here, see trac#1418 for the real fix.
* Import changes from the debian branch to debian-experimental.
* Add configuration for apache 2.4. Some configuration parameters changed so
a new configuration is needed. (Closes: #722654)
* Update README.source.
