     - Add Vcs-* fields.

     - Remove Priority field from mtr-tiny, as its inherited from the
       source package paragraph.
  * d/copyright: Convert to DEP-5.
  * d/source: Remove lintian-overrides, as they're not used.
  * d/watch: Create file and watch official repository at github.
  * wrap-and-sort -a.
