  * Making sure target directory for syslinux theme files exists when
    building non-chrooted.
  * Fixing up inclusion of functions while allowing local usage of live-
    build with different file layouts.
  * Correcting accidentally reverted check for rsvg in binary_syslinux
    when building non-chrooted.
