- stop special-casing i386 to explicitly use openjdk (9), use default-java

- add Build-Conflicts: against "broken" fonts-liberation
- remove explicit SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN="svp" from make check call since it's
apparently unneeded (and even actually harmful) now
