    - move ttf-liberation-fonts recommends to -common (closes: #747132)
    - move libpaper-utils recommends to -core

  * debian/control.nlpsolver.in, debian/rules, debian/scripts/gid2pkgdirs.sh:
    package the NLPSolver from here (closes: #827474)
