the threshold of 15% translated messages.
* Removing Traditional Chinese translations as they no longer meet the 15%
of translated strings threshold. Keeping their respective add files to be

pass the set threshold in the future again. Keeping also the po files in
the weblate branch, so that new contributors at weblate can build upon the
existing translation.

and (being a zip file) strip-nondeterminism is used to get rid of the
remaining difference.
With these changes the manuals can be built reproducibly.
