* lib:
- cmakelists:
- Pass absolute path of 'downloadmethods' directory for local builds.
Makes downloading work when locally built cupt binary is called from
non-usual locations.
* test:
- TestCupt:
- Made the regex parsing 'cupt policy' output stricter. This reduces
the probability of false negatives.
