blt 2.5.3+dfsg-5 source package in Debian

blt (2.5.3+dfsg-5) experimental; urgency=medium

  * Add the tcl8.7-blt2.5 and tcl8.7-blt2.5-dev packages for BLT built
    against Tcl/Tk 8.7. The original 8.6 based library isn't compatible.
  * Modify the pkgIndex.tcl to load the libraries with 8.7 suffix if
    necessary.
  * Convert blt-dev to a dummy package which depend on tcl8.6-blt2.5-dev
    which contains the development files now.
  * Multiarchfy the package making the library and the development packages
    multi-arch same.
  * Add a patch which fixes switches processing.
