- Skip tests for path queries, as these are broken by Debian sqlite using
SQLITE_LIKE_DOESNT_MATCH_BLOBS.
* Switch watch file to pypi.debian.net. (Closes: #815761)
* Bump debhelper compat level to 9.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8, no changes needed.
