No files available?

I got another question I've Been downloading from someone since last night and now I'm getting no files available for some reason

Any idea what this means?

Most probably the user you downloaded from is removed the file(s) from his share.

The user has not refreshed his or her files. Trying finding alternate sources if that's the case.
