Why 'an invalid argument was supplied' is written when DC++ is opened

This is a strange celdom Windows Socket error message, I'd say its because a firewall or other security applications used and no (proper) exception set for DC++.
What if you connect to other (public) hubs?

What version of DC++ are you currently using & OS as in XP or Vista?
